Web Delivery Service enables beneficiaries to review, print, and save a copy of their trust account information. Links from your summary page enable clients to review specific details of each account they have.

To use the service, beneficiaries log in to your institution's secure website with a password-protected user ID. They'll then receive a summary along with specific details of their account.

How It Works

Your institution provides a password-protected website with authentication and security validation capabilities.
Once Thomson Reuters is sent a request, a list of available documents is returned that identifies the type of document and when it was created. You set the milestone date when the documents are released for web retrieval.
To make a document available to a trust beneficiary, ONESOURCE Trust Tax converts the tax data into a PDF-formatted document and securely returns it to your institution's website for display.

How Beneficiaries Retrieve Documents

The Web Delivery Service of ONESOURCE Trust Tax is transparent to end users. To retrieve documents, trust beneficiaries simply log onto your website, click on an icon, and download their 1099 information forms to their own computers to review, print, or save.
